Hello. A little side note. My wife and I and a friend presented, last week, to Nanaimo councils a motion to either place a levy or a ban of shopping bags in Nanaimo. Councillors voted unanimously to ban all shopping bags in Nanaimo ASAP (after getting the go ahead from city staff). This is the first city in BC to vote for banning shopping bags (Victoria just did as well).

I’ve been using my shopping bags to collect and deposit my recycle materials. Is that a good or bad practice?
